The State of AI Readiness Report is powered by the TSDOH Assessment, a 36 question framework built on Dr. Troy Nash's lived experience and his work since 1995 in public policy, affordable housing, and community development.
The framework was developed by Dr. Troy Nash, drawing on his graduate studies in the social determinants of health, to measure the intersection of technology readiness and social determinants of health.
The 2026 report draws on national datasets and published research to examine AI readiness, and the gaps in it, across American communities.
