Why We Exist

Mission & Vision

Opening doors to the AI revolution. One community at a time. Because where you live shouldn't determine your digital destiny.

Our Mission and Vision

Our Mission

Opening Doors

"To ensure that AI and emerging technologies reach the communities that need them most—not just the ones that can afford them."

Our Vision

A Fair Shot for All

"A world where zip code doesn't determine digital destiny—where every community has equal access to the transformative power of AI."

Technology as a Social Determinant of Health

For decades, we've understood that certain factors shape life outcomes. Where you live, your access to healthcare, the quality of your education, your economic stability—these Social Determinants of Health influence everything from life expectancy to economic mobility.

Technology Access is Now the 6th Social Determinant of Health

In the 21st century, a new factor has emerged—one that's reshaping opportunity as dramatically as any that came before. Communities without AI literacy, digital infrastructure, and technology access will fall further behind—not just economically, but in health outcomes, educational achievement, and generational wealth. AGI Affinity exists to close that gap.

Why AI Makes This Crisis Worse

The digital divide was already leaving communities behind. Now, artificial intelligence is accelerating the gap at unprecedented speed. This isn't a crisis affecting "other people"—it's affecting all of us. Factory towns. Suburban families. Rural communities. The struggling middle class. The research is clear: without intervention, AI will widen inequality across every demographic and every region.

The Jobs Aren't Coming Back the Same Way

Yes, AI will create 170 million new jobs by 2030. But 92 million will be displaced first—and these aren't one-to-one swaps. The new jobs require different skills, appear in different locations, and go to different people. This isn't about one community or one demographic. Factory workers in Ohio. Administrative assistants in Florida. Customer service reps in Kansas. Middle-class families who did everything right are watching their careers evaporate.

— World Economic Forum, Future of Jobs Report 2025

The Middle Class Is Under Siege

This isn't just about poverty—it's about the American Dream slipping away. McKinsey reports that 30% of U.S. jobs could be automated by 2030. These aren't just entry-level positions. They're bookkeepers, paralegals, loan officers, insurance adjusters—the backbone of middle-class employment. Families who've worked for generations to reach stability are one algorithm away from starting over.

— McKinsey Global Institute, 2024

Rural America Is Being Left Behind—Again

From Appalachia to the Great Plains, rural communities of all backgrounds face the same challenge: inadequate infrastructure, limited training opportunities, and economies already hollowed out by previous waves of technological change. Brookings research shows rural counties consistently lag in AI readiness. These communities—white, Black, Hispanic, Native American—share a common struggle: they can't compete for jobs they can't train for.

— Brookings Institution, AI Readiness Report 2025

An "All of Us" Crisis

44% of Americans earning under $30,000 lack broadband at home. But this crisis crosses every demographic line. The truck driver in rural Kentucky. The retail worker in suburban Phoenix. The call center employee in urban Detroit. AI doesn't care about your race, your region, or your resume. It only cares whether you can adapt. And right now, millions of Americans—of every background—can't access the tools they need to adapt.

— Pew Research Center, 2024

"This isn't about race. It isn't about politics. It's about whether American families—all American families—will have a seat at the table when AI reshapes the economy. Right now, millions are being left out."

Core Values

The principles that guide everything we do.

🚪

Access

Technology should reach everyone, not just the privileged. AI is too important to be gatekept by geography, income, or circumstance. We open doors that others leave closed.

📚

Education

Knowledge is the great equalizer. We don't just deploy technology—we teach communities how to leverage it, own it, and build with it. Skills transfer. Dependency doesn't.

💜

Dignity

Every community deserves to be seen, heard, and served. We approach our work with humility, recognizing that the communities we serve are experts in their own needs.
