Dr. Troy Nash is CEO and Co-Founder of AGI Affinity, a technology research firm democratizing AI access for underserved communities. A U.S. Air Force veteran, former Kansas City Councilman, and holder of nine academic degrees including from Brown University and Johns Hopkins, Dr. Nash transforms communities through technology and education.

Dr. Troy Nash is CEO and Co-Founder of AGI Affinity, a pioneering technology research firm dedicated to making Artificial Intelligence accessible for all. Rising from poverty and public housing in Kansas City, Dr. Nash served in the U.S. Air Force during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm before embarking on an extraordinary educational journey that includes nine academic degrees—a Juris Doctor, Doctor of Education, and master's degrees from Brown University, Johns Hopkins University, USC, and UMKC.

Elected to the Kansas City Council at age 29, Dr. Nash has spoken in over 40 countries and made history in 2014 as the first African American partner in a top-ten Missouri commercial real estate firm—breaking a barrier that stood since Missouri statehood in 1821. He created the TSDOH Assessment Matrix™ to bridge the digital divide.

A trilingual Washington University student fluent in English, Mandarin, and Spanish, she co-founded the company at age 19 alongside her father. Recognized by Ingram's "20 in Their Twenties" and honored by the Kansas City Mayor, Arielle represents the next generation of community-focused leadership.

Arielle Nash is President and Co-Founder of AGI Affinity, where she drives strategic direction and product development for the firm's AI accessibility initiatives. At just 19 years old, she made the deliberate choice to weaponize her privilege for justice, co-founding a company dedicated to serving underserved communities.

A graduate of Pembroke Hill School and current Washington University student studying Integrated Studies (Sociology, Anthropology, Business, Political Science, Economics), Arielle is trilingual in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Spanish. She studied abroad in Japan, interned on Capitol Hill and with Artemis Real Estate Partners, and holds the Novogradac Community Development Certificate. Named to Ingram's "20 in Their Twenties" in 2022 and honored by Kansas City's Mayor and City Council, Arielle represents three generations of the Nash family's commitment to community transformation.
