AGI Affinity, LLC is one of three separately governed and separately financed organizations founded by Dr. Troy Nash:

• The Nash Group Community Foundation, Inc.: Nonprofit community programs ( www.tngcf.org)

Each entity operates independently with separate governance, finances, and legal obligations. The Nash Group Community Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. It is not owned or controlled by AGI Affinity, LLC or The Nash Group, LLC, and neither company receives any portion of a charitable contribution made to the Foundation. References to "AGI Affinity," "we," "our," or "us" on this website refer solely to AGI Affinity, LLC unless otherwise specified.
